Angelus is a recently modernized villa located on the edge of the Gulf of Durbuy, 3 km from Barvaux and 7 km from the center of Durbuy.
The house is modernly furnished with three bedrooms (each with a double bed and one with an extra bunk bed).
One bedroom has a private shower room with sink and dressing.
The two other rooms share a bathroom with bath and double sink.
The living room with lounge, dining table and open kitchen is located a few steps down and opens onto a spacious, south-facing terrace with covered jacuzzi.
The garden is naturally wooded and leads to the golf course.
The wood burning stove in the lounge and the covered jacuzzi make this property ideal for both summer and winter months.
This property is only suitable for family use. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Praktische Aufteilung, sauber, ruhig und gemütlich. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Nur der Fernseher funktionierte nicht.
Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos, und die Mitarbeiter des Immobilienmaklers waren sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt genossen.

Het huis beantwoordde aan onze verwachtingen. Praktische indeling, proper, rustig, gezellig. Al het nodige was aanwezig. Enkel de TV deed het niet.
De overdracht van de sleutel verliep vlekkeloos en het personeel van het immokantoor was zeer vriendelijk en meertalig. Wij hebben genoten van een super verblijf.
