Roofed, parking (for 2 cars, extra) at the house. Grocery, supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop. Chair lift, ski school, children's ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km, children's playground 150 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 45 km. Hiking paths: Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, Val Febbraro. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
