Villa Santuiri is a charming villa that promises privacy and the best comforts so that your only mission is to lie in the sun, share a barbecue with family or friends or enjoy the excellent Mallorcan climate in its swimming pool. With beautiful mountain views, its stone facade and a style that combines rustic and modern, Villa Santuiri is the ideal place to spend a few days.



The entrance to the house is a long hallway, to the right there is a large living room, with a long table. Enjoy time with family and friends, and choose whether you prefer to eat inside or outside. In the living room itself there are comfortable armchairs where you can read a good book, watch a TV show or play a board game. There is a large window and sliding glass doors that give the room plenty of natural light. From the living room there is also direct access to the terrace and pool area.



On the other side of the hallway there is a door to a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is also a table with chairs and a door leading to the laundry room.



From the entrance of the house, to the left, there is a long corridor with a door at the back giving access to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each with two beds. All rooms are spacious, with white walls, fitted wardrobes, wooden beamed ceilings and well lit. On this same ground floor there are two complete bathrooms, both equipped with shower.



The staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a large balcony.




All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has programmed air conditioning in all units from 21:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. WiFi is included.



One of the highlights of Villa Santuiri is its outdoor space. There you will find a private swimming pool with solarium, a beautiful terrace with a large table and armchairs to enjoy the summer evenings, a pool table and a ping pong table to play and have fun. In addition, there is a covered barbecue with all the comforts to put your best culinary recipes into practice.



In case of 9 people staying, an extra bed (folding bed) will be placed, which can be located in one of the rooms on the ground floor or in the common areas (such as the living room), according to the guest's preference.



Villa Santuiri is located less than 2 kilometres from the old town of Pollensa and only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa.



In Pollença you will find shops, a cultural centre, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the surroundings in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers' market in the main square where local vegetables, fruit and spices abound.



Port Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply "Cala" as it is known to the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.



Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with every booking. The tourist tax is included in the online price.
