Private mountain villa with pool in Incekum near Avsallar with sea view close to the fine sandy beach, fully equipped, ready to move in like home.
The detached holiday home is situated on a fenced property of approx. 600m² for exclusive use and is designed and equipped in detail for a relaxing year-round stay.
After booking, you will receive direct contact with the private owner and landlord, who will be available to you at any time via WhatsApp with reliable local contacts (German, English, Turkish) for all questions and tasks, if requested.
For inexperienced Turkey holiday home guests, everything necessary can be organized, from private airport transfer and grocery shopping for late arrivals to excursions and explorations. The villa is located at an altitude of approx. 200m and mostly spoils you with a milder coastal mountain climate by the pool, on the sun lounger in the garden, or on the covered and shaded terrace.
With the air conditioning units, all living and sleeping areas can be additionally cooled and also heated in winter, if desired.
Inside the house, you will find thoroughly cleaned furnishings according to European standards for living and cooking.
All furnishings, towels, and bed linen, as well as ancillary costs, are included in the price.
Pool use, depending on the season, can be booked as an additional service for a flat fee per stay for partial filling and service. In addition to a beach holiday, the holiday home also offers a perfect starting point for numerous commercial and private excursions in the surrounding area, which you can explore on foot, by e-bike, or with another rental vehicle or taxi.
