Located on the ground floor (please note the presence of some steps at the entrance to the building), the apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Ottaviano underground and, from here, you can reach all the main points of interest in the city. If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at Sforza Gino garage (4 minutes away on foot). The property is composed as follows: - SLEEPING AREA with double bed (1.60m X 1.90m), Smart TV, wardrobe, split A / C; -American KITCHEN with induction hob (2 burners), dining table with chairs, mini-bar fridge and freezer, moka, microwave oven, electric kettle, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; -BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, condominium heating, air conditioning (sleeping area), hot water, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, soundproofing windows. PLEASE NOTE: For the management of hot water there is a 50 liter boiler, possible waiting for the refill of the water. The apartment is located within Piazzale Clodio, a quiet area about 15 minutes walk away from MM Cipro metro station, by which you can reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna and Roma Termini Train Station, the main Roman public transportation hub.
The apartment is the best solution to visit the city while staying in a quiet area, away from the city center chaos. -Piazza di Spagna: 20 minutes by public transport -Rome Termini: 25/30 minutes by public transport -Trastevere 30 minutes by public transport -Colosseum and Imperial Forums 40 minutes by public transport. -Il Panzotto (Roman restaurant): 400m - 5 minutes on foot -Bar Carletto: 170m - 3 minutes on foot -Carrefour Express: 290m - 4 minutes on foot -From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by Leonardo Express service to Roma Termini Train Station.

Communication wasn’t the best in the beginning, and we were slightly locked out at check-in for about 40 minutes, but afterwards it was a perfect stay. The studio is a perfect size for two, if not bigger than the pictures. It’s in a good area for lots of food in walking distance. His neighbors with the café that was quite delicious and saved us a trip for breakfast. I would 100% recommend.
