Please note that the apartment is located at the rear of the building, so the terrace overlooks the street and not the sea! However, you have direct access to the seafront through the building.
The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl.

Cleaning is optional: €60.

A proportional tourist tax is extra.
Reservations on our website are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.
For dates outside of Saturday, short stays, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us.

La localisation
Des petits détails qui peuvent être améliorés: détartrer la cafetière, fourmir une couette adaptée à l'hiver (le sac de couchage et la couverture ont fait le taf mais ça n'était pas pratique). Pour faire faire des économies au propriétaire et ne pas risquer de brûlures régler le ballon d'eau chaude sur 60 degres.

L'appartement est propre, très bien situé dans le centre-ville, pres de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. On y a passé un heureux Noël de 2024. Merci à Mme Chauvirey de l'agence ORPI pour son accueil et le professionnalisme.
