The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with access to the south-facing balcony.
Additionally, a modern and well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher is available.
The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub.
Guests will find space in two separate bedrooms.
Attention Pets: Pets are only bookable upon consultation and only one pet is allowed.
A fee of €10.00 per day, excluding food, will be charged for the pet.
Our house is situated in a quiet, beautiful location with a fantastic mountain view.
A large garden with a play and sunbathing lawn is located directly at the house.
Your location is an ideal starting point for sightseeing, cycling tours, hikes, and water sports.
Cross-country ski trails are also in the immediate vicinity during winter.
The nearest ski resort can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
Attention Pets: Bookings are only valid upon consultation and for one pet only.
A fee of €10.00 per pet per day will be charged.
A deposit of €75.00 may be charged after booking.
Payment can be made in cash on-site or by bank transfer up to 3 days after check-in.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.
Arrival: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and by arrangement.
Departure: until 10:00 AM.
Key handover is done in person on-site.
Pets are allowed on request for a fee of €10.00 per day/pet.
A baby cot/extra bed is available upon request.
Tourist tax: €1.20 for adults and €0.60 for children.
Heating, parking, water, and final cleaning are included in the base price.
Telephone calls and the tourist tax will be billed separately.
