Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a mezzanine with a night corner, a shower room and a terrace to enjoy the view and the sea air. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space :
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- Separate toilet
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker...
Night space:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine landing with two single beds (80×200).

Outside :
- A balcony of 2m50×1m50, facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the sea view.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
