The large living and dining area offers a cozy atmosphere for socializing and relaxation.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, both en-suite with showers, and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, both en-suite with showers, complemented by a terrace with spectacular views.
On the lower floor, there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds en-suite with a shower and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, plus a guest bathroom.
This property features a fully equipped gym and a games room with a pool table and table football, ideal for fun for all ages.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for practical and comfortable meal preparation.
Outside, the private pool (which can be heated for an extra charge) is the perfect place to relax, accompanied by a covered barbecue area for outdoor dining.
Villa Moorea is located in Galé, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach, offering an ideal location for a relaxing holiday close to all amenities.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, grocery packs can be booked in advance (at an additional cost).
Pool heating is always a valuable addition to your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one.
We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group Deposit: €150 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests.
For the 15th to 18th guest, an additional charge will apply which includes an extra bed.

The villa had a lovely pool, the garden was large and a great space. The downstairs are was perfect for the children. The bedrooms were very spacious and well set our.

It has a great location - really close to the beach and practically next to a grocery store (although the aldi 1km from the house is much cheaper). You can reach Albufeira in just around 15 minutes by Uber or Bolt - The house is clean and has a great pool. Overall we really enjoyed the stay!
