The living room is cozy and bright, perfect for relaxing or socializing with family, with direct access to the outdoors, creating a harmonious connection between the interior spaces and the garden. The villa, all on one level, has three well-distributed bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds.

With two bathrooms, the villa offers functionality and comfort for groups of family or friends. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the necessary conditions to prepare and enjoy meals at home with complete convenience. Outside, the villa offers a private heated pool (additional cost), surrounded by a pleasant garden, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue, perfect for long sunny days.

Fun is guaranteed with a ping-pong table and billiards available for guests. Located a short distance from the beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes, and close to restaurants, bars, and other amenities, this is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with easy access to everything Albufeira has to offer. Renting a car is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request.

We can also assist in organizing transfers if needed. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before proceeding with the booking so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.

With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). Group deposit: €300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests. An additional charge will apply for the 7th to 9th guest, which includes an extra bed. According to current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
