This beautiful one-bedroom apartment, ideally located, is composed as follows:
- A lovely bedroom with a king-size bed, large built-in wardrobe, and desk area.
- A living room with an open-plan kitchen, high table, lounge area, and sofa bed.
- A large bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet.
- A terrace covered by a motorized pergola, offering protection from the sun and prying eyes, and a small garden.
For your comfort:
- Beds made upon arrival (excluding sofa bed and bunk beds).
- Towel linen (sheets and towels).
- Cleaning kit.
- End-of-stay cleaning (however, we will ask you to put away any moved furniture, empty the trash cans, and wash and put away the dishes.
Failure to do so may result in a €100 deduction from your security deposit). - WIFI. - Air conditioning. - Parking. - Baby kit available (prior booking required). Upon arrival, you will need to provide a security deposit of €500 and pay the tourist tax, depending on the booking platform.
Arrivals are from 4 PM at the agency, and departures are at 10 AM from the apartment.
Arrivals and departures outside of contractual hours are possible independently; please contact us for more details.
