The spacious, bright, and comfortable living and dining area offers direct access to the outdoor space, creating a perfect environment for social gatherings.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two twin beds, convertible into a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, the villa features a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet, plus two bedrooms with twin beds, also convertible into double beds.
This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies perfect for enjoying open-air mornings.
The lower floor includes a games room with a pool table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a practical laundry room.
The kitchen is modern, functional, and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals in complete comfort.
Outdoors, the barbecue and dining area by the pool invite pleasant al fresco moments in a tranquil and private setting.
Located just a few meters from Albufeira Marina and a short distance from Peneco and São Rafael beaches, this villa offers the ideal balance between relaxation and fun, with bars, restaurants, and shops nearby.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance.
Heating the pool is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group deposit: €250 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.

We had a wonderful time here, with a relaxing atmosphere and everything we needed for an easy family break. The location made it simple to enjoy the area, and the team was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also used the transfer service, which made everything even smoother.

A beautiful and comfortable place to unwind, perfect for a peaceful break. The surroundings were convenient, and we really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. We also tried a boat tour during our stay, and it was a great addition to the trip, just like the meal we had at the Algarbe restaurant.

The property is excellent and very spacious. The location is excellent and everything is in walking distance. The property managers are very friendly and helpful with everything and I would highly recommend this villa .
