House located in a quiet residential area 7 km from the centre and the beach of Lloret de Mar and only 11 km from the quiet beach of Cala Canyelles. This house is ideal to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
House of 295m2 and 1070m2 of plot distributed in 2 houses: independent house + 4 flats in the lower part. It can be rented as a single house (6 pax), or together with any of the flats (each of them can accommodate 2 people). This house has a maximum capacity of 6-14 people.
In this unit only the house is offered, with a maximum capacity for 6 people (in August it will be compulsory to rent the house together with the 4 flats).
The house is distributed in a living-dining room (fireplace, TV), fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas cooker, washing machine). It has 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms of 135x190cm and 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds of 90x190cm), as well as 2 bathrooms with shower (1 of them is in the garage). Beautiful outdoor area with fully fenced swimming pool and barbecue.

Der Pool war unzureichend gereinigt und das Wasser war nach 10 Tagen grün. Die Badezimmer/WC Türe klemmte jedes Mal und ließ sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen. Ein Doppelbett war wackelig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier genossen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, inklusive Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler, was das Kochen für eine große Gruppe deutlich erleichterte. Der Garten war ein herrlicher Ort zum Entspannen.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Villa! Der private Pool war bei den Kindern der absolute Hit, und der Garten war perfekt für Familien-Grillabende. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, was die Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten sehr erleichterte. Ich kann die Villa wärmstens empfehlen!
