This house is ideal for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava! The property consists of a 295m2 house and a 1070m2 plot, distributed into 2 dwellings: a main house + 4 apartments on the lower level.
It can be rented as a single house (sleeps 6) or together with any of the apartments (each accommodating 2 people). This property has a maximum capacity of 6-14 people. This unit offers only the main house, with a maximum capacity for 6 people (during the month of August, it will be mandatory to rent the house together with the 4 apartments). The house is distributed into a living-dining room (fireplace, TV), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine). It has 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (135x190cm) and 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds of 90x190cm), as well as 2 bathrooms with shower trays (one of them is located in the garage). Lovely outdoor area with a fully fenced pool and a built-in barbecue. Free WiFi. This property is for families only.
Reservations from young people under 35 years of age are not accepted. Pets are not allowed. The urbanization has a large private club with tennis courts, swings for children, swimming pools, and a bar for exclusive use by guests. - Sheets and towels are not included.
Cost: 8 euros/person for sheets and 8 euros/person for towels. - Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair. Conditions for groups - For group bookings, a cash deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid at the agency.
This deposit will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Parties and making noise after 9:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the client must leave the property without any right to reimbursement. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem geräumigen Ferienhaus! Der private Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder, und der Gartenbereich war perfekt für abendliche Grillabende. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien!
