We had a great time even though weather was a bit rough at times site was clean facilities were very good staff were helpful only negative I can add is accomodation furnishings showing their age curtain lining stained ,some fixtures showing age related damage and radiator cores could do with a good clean out full of dust and debris

Basic van you pay for the location I use it as a base and travel around You get what you pay for It is good value for Cornwall and good value for families We got woken up in a morning by pre school kids excited to go out to the beach it’s a family resort

Our Coombe Valley Lodge was very spacious and airy. Having the facilities such as a washing machine and dishwasher came in useful too. The only thing that let it down was attention to detail regarding cleaning. The skirting boards in the bathrooms were dirty and the fans were caked in fluff. There was also lots of cobwebs that could of easily been cleaned.
