Holiday on the Baltic Sea!

Spend the most beautiful weeks of the year just a few steps away from the marvellous sandy beach. Our cosy and modern furnished, approx. 56 m² holiday flat is located in an apartment building behind the dyke and has repeatedly been awarded 3 stars by the German Tourism Association. It can accommodate up to three people (two adults and one child).

From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. A raised double bed (200 x 180 cm) with electrically adjustable slatted frames, a spacious wardrobe with built-in safe (not insured) and a flat screen are part of the furnishings.
In the children's room there is a cosy single bed (190 x 90 cm) and (for "big" children) also a flat screen. A selection of games and books completes the furnishings.

The spacious living and dining room offers plenty of space. You can not only eat at the large dining table, but also spend exciting evenings playing games. The cosy sofa area is the perfect place to relax, read, listen to music, watch DVDs or watch your favourite TV show. Media libraries and Netflix are available via the internet. Telephone and fast Wi-Fi are also available free of charge.

You will find everything you need in the kitchen: Oven with ceramic hob, microwave with integrated extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Of course, there is also a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and kettle.

The bathroom has an overhead rain shower with hand shower, washbasin, WC, heated towel rail, hairdryer and plenty of storage space.

You can spend cosy hours on the spacious balcony with side sea view and electrically extendable awning, prepare a delicious meal on the electric barbecue and watch the setting sun.

In the spacious built-in cupboard in the hallway you will find an ironing board, iron, clothes horse, children's travel cot, walking sticks etc.

Bicycles are available for free use in the cellar room belonging to the flat, subject to availability and at your own risk and responsibility.

A washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee) can be found in the communal cellar. During the season (early May to mid-September) you can use your own beach chair on the spa beach in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

General information:
All additional costs such as electricity, water, heating and final cleaning are already included in the price. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are also included.

A children's high chair is available. You are welcome to bring your own travel cot or cot.
