The apartment is modernly furnished and located on the ground floor of an apartment complex in the village of San Siro (CO).
It consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV including international channels and storage space in the surrounding closet. The available ceiling fan with lighting provides a cooling breeze during hot days. The room is shared with the open complete kitchen. This includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator-freezer and all the kitchen essentials for great cooking. The bright bedroom with sliding glass door, large closet and comfortable double bed is also equipped with a ceiling fan with lighting. Both the living room and the bedroom can be completely blinded by shutters. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub with shower combination including splash screen, bidet and toilet. The areas of the sink and toilet / bath can be separated by a sliding door. The apartment is offered including Wi-Fi network.
There are several free public parking spaces around the apartment complex. Due to the limited free parking space, we recommend to book a parking space in the indoor garage in July and August.
