My property is professionally managed, cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered hotel quality supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.
Please note that due to our convenient location, you might occasionally hear light road and overhead aircraft noise. This apartment is located in a building without a lift.
Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Great location, with lovely views. Walkable area, parking on site. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Only suggestion perhaps one more chair in living area for four adults to sit properly. Property manager at Pass the Keys extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend.

At the end of our trip back to my homeland in the UK ... this was a wonderful and comfortable ending to a whirlwind visit with my daughter and grandchildren, before coming back to the US. Everything was clean, comfortable and well thought out for guests. Thank you, thank you. Couldn't of been a better ending.

We arrive and the flat was very cold, the heating was off.The linens in one room were to small and in General with some stains even if they were cleaned.I will suggest to put at least one bottle of water in the house on arrival and give another pair of flat keys.The big toilet has a problem with the...
