Beautiful holiday flat in a central location in Bardolino. The three-room flat is located on the first floor of a new building completed in 2022 with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and has two air-conditioned double bedrooms, both with access to the flat's large covered balcony, where you can relax to your heart's content during your stay. Here you will find a nice dining area and sun loungers. In addition, there is a bright living and dining area in the flat with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and induction hob, as well as a dining area and Smart TV. The flat has a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. The flat has a private parking space on site. The swimming pool is open seasonally from the end of May to the end of September and is for free use by guests. Sun loungers are available in the flat.
The centre of Bardolino is only a few minutes' walk away, as are the supermarket, restaurants, bars, the beach and a pharmacy. The central location also makes the flat perfect for those travelling without a car. A cellar for bicycles is available in the building.
