The first floor features:
- A family suite (160cm bed) with private bath and toilet
- 4 bedrooms (2 twin beds each, 90x200cm, can be joined on request)
- One bedroom (160cm bed)
- One bedroom (90x200cm bed)
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 separate WCs.
Cleaning (€130) and bed linen (€80 for the entire stay, beds made upon arrival) are MANDATORY for all rentals.
Towels are optional at a rate of €60 for the entire gîte.
Breakfast (French style: bread, butter, jam, honey, orange juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, yogurts, cereals, and pastries) is offered as an option at €11 per day per adult and €7 per day per child (under 12). Charges (electricity and gas) are calculated based on actual consumption from October 15th to March 15th. A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and departure. A flat rate of 8 kWh per day is included in the rental price.

A traditional Champagne farmhouse, authentically renovated by Marie-Paule and Francis, "Le Clos Louise" combines modern comfort with the charm of the old, created from the finds of the owner, a discerning collector.
With a capacity for 15 people, it is the ideal place for your family reunions and gatherings with friends to explore the Champagne region!
The entrance opens onto a large gravelled and flowered courtyard. At the back, you will find a pleasant garden.
The ground floor comprises a double living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 5-burner range cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), a shower room with a toilet, a laundry area (washing machine - tumble dryer), a sauna cabin (infrared), and a bedroom with a private shower room and toilet.

Le gite est très joli, très bien meublé et confortable. Les hôtes sont disponibles, à l’écoute et serviables. Le gite dispose de plusieurs chambres qui disposent tous d'un lit d'ecellente qualité, la cuisine est très bien équipé et le salon grand et confortable. Nous avons passé un ecellent séjours et allons revenir.

Ecellent séjour en famille dans un gîte magnifique. Les propriétaires nous ont reçus très chaleureusement. La décoration est de très bon goût. Tout est très bien pensé. La cuisine est très pratique et la salle à manger est très conviviale. En résumé, tout est "très"... Nous avons adoré!
