The upper floor features:

The cleaning package is MANDATORY at a rate of €210, including cleaning and bed linen (beds are made upon arrival for all stays).
Towels are optional at a rate of €60 for the entire gîte.
Breakfast (French style: bread, butter, jam, honey, orange juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, yogurts, cereals, and pastries) is offered as an option at €12 per day per adult and €7 per day per child (under 12 years old). Utilities (electricity and gas) are calculated based on actual consumption from October 15th to March 15th. A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and departure.
A flat rate of 8 kWh per day is included in the rental price. "Le Clos Louise" combines modern comfort with the charm of yesteryear, curated through the discoveries of the owner, an accomplished antique hunter. With a capacity of 15 people, it is the ideal place for your family or friends' gatherings to explore the Champagne region! The entrance opens onto a large gravel and flowered courtyard.

The ground floor comprises a double living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining room opening onto an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 5-burner range cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), a shower room with a vanity area, a laundry space (washing machine - tumble dryer), a sauna cabin (infrared), and a bedroom with a private shower room and toilet. Le gite est très joli, très bien meublé et confortable. Les hôtes sont disponibles, à l’écoute et serviables. Le gite dispose de plusieurs chambres qui disposent tous d'un lit d'ecellente qualité, la cuisine est très bien équipé et le salon grand et confortable. Nous avons passé un ecellent séjours et allons revenir.

Ecellent séjour en famille dans un gîte magnifique. Les propriétaires nous ont reçus très chaleureusement. La décoration est de très bon goût. Tout est très bien pensé. La cuisine est très pratique et la salle à manger est très conviviale. En résumé, tout est "très"... Nous avons adoré!
