This fully air-conditioned gîte comprises a large living room with a kitchen open to the dining room and living room (with a flat-screen TV/soundbar), 5 bedrooms accommodating 11 people and a baby, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a terrace equipped with a dining table for up to 12 people, a plancha grill, and garden furniture overlooking a closed inner courtyard (shared with another gîte).
For your entertainment, you will find a pétanque court for all ages with equipment provided, as well as some games for children.
The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are provided.
You are responsible for the end-of-stay cleaning (an optional service is available for €100 from the owner) (dishes, emptied trash bins, and bed and bath linen placed in the laundry room, floors, bathrooms, etc.). In the middle of the triangle formed by Epernay, with its champagne cellars, Verdun, with its battlefields, and Lake Der, with its beaches and marina, Nathalie and Francis welcome you to the countryside in their gîte with an industrial style, open all year round in a fully renovated former farmhouse with a closed inner courtyard.
Located in the countryside, 10 minutes from Chalons en Champagne and 15 minutes from Vitry le François, you will find peace and comfort to relax and reconnect with friends or family.

Madame et Monsieur Bérat sont des hôtes particulièrement chaleureu. Le gîte est très propre, la literie remarquablement confortable et les pièces sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce lieu à mes proches!
