It consists of three bedrooms (two double beds of 140 cm and one queen-size bed of 160 cm), a modern shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
The bright living room and its dining area open onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances).
A washing machine, television, free Wi-Fi, and baby equipment upon request complete the amenities.
Outside, you will enjoy an unfenced garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as the shared swimming pool of the estate, ideal for cooling off on warm days.

Le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé. Sandra et Davy sont des personnes très chaleureuses et très serviables.L'endroit est très calme. Très recommandé pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la région de Champagne.

Gite bien équipé, propriétaires très sympa ,ce qui est le top toujours du champagne au frais er etérieur bien aménagé .Nous reviendrons et nous passerons l'adresse à nos amis. Équipé aussi pour l'accueil des bambins.

Gîte super propre, bien équipé et au calme. Sa situation permet de belles balades : lieu incontournables très proches (Epernay, Montagne de Reims,...) Petits restos sympathiques à proimité. Propriétaires attentionnés et accueil "pétillant". Adresse à ne pas perdre. Bonne continuation à Sandra et Davy qui contribuent à dynamiser leur petit village.
