On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful living area with a lounge and dining space, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen.
A bedroom (2 single beds) and a shower room are also available on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms: the first has a double bed, the second has 2 single beds, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds with the possibility of an additional bed (a single bed).
A second shower room is also available on the first floor.
Utilities included up to 8kW/day. Baby cot and high chair (upon request to the owner) Cleaning fee included in the rental price Bed linen rental: €12 per bed For business travelers: mandatory bed linen rental at €12 per bed, cleaning fee of €60, and heating package at €10 per day (from September 15th to May 1st). The gîte is located in the commune of Vauchamps, situated at the western edge of the Marne department, near the Aisne and Seine-et-Marne departments.

La propriétaire a été très accueillante, disponible et chaleureuse. L'environnement est parfait pour un week-end hors du temps avec néanmoins tout le confort nécessaire. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié...et les adultes aussi !
