Recently renovated house close to the owners' farm.
The ground floor (accessible without steps) comprises a fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster etc) opening onto a large living room (with flat-screen TV), dining room, bedroom with 160*200 bed, shower room and toilet.
The first floor comprises three large bedrooms, 2 with 160*200 beds and 1 with a 140*200 bed.
Linen is provided and beds made on arrival. Cleaning and towels are also included. double bed and one single bed).
Private garden with terrace and garage.
Pets accepted on request. Ideally situated on the borders of the Marne, Aube and Seine-et-Marne departments, the Saint-Albin gîte is a recently renovated holiday rental.
In the heart of the Brie Champenoise region, close to Sézanne and Troyes, it is the ideal base from which to discover the department, the Champagne vineyards and the surrounding countryside.
For your comfort, Françoise, the owner, offers a gîte with bed linen and cleaning included.
