Our gîte is a detached house situated in a small lane. It has private parking and a fully enclosed garden (a wall surrounds the property). On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall leading on one side to a separate WC and a shower room with washing machine, and on the other side to the living room (with sofa bed for 2 people), dining room and kitchen.
On the first floor, a landing with a reading area leads to the first bedroom, which has a single bed (90x190), while the second bedroom in a row has a double bed (140x190).
An extra bed is available on request.
Small pets only accepted at a supplement of €3 per day.
Hire charges include heating and electricity.
Sheets, towels and cleaning charges are extra. In the middle of the Épernay, Reims and Châlons-en-Champagne triangle, we welcome you to the gateway to the Montagne de Reims. Our gîte is located in Condé-sur-Marne, a village bordered by the Aisne-Marne canal and the Marne river. The village's location allows you to discover the many facets of our department (vineyards, architecture, history, museums, etc.).
