The ground-floor apartment welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, and an open-plan kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, including an oven, toaster, microwave, and American coffee machine.
From here, guests can access the private, lush garden, equipped with a porch and a dining table, perfect for enjoying delicious outdoor meals on summer days.
The apartment continues with the sleeping area, which consists of a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. *The apartment is equipped with an external camera which is turned off and does not record anything during your stay. The shared swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.
The use of a swimming cap may be required. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who can enjoy windsurfing, mountain biking, and sailing. This city is also an excellent starting point for visiting the southern part of Lake Garda, which offers many enchanting corners, beginning with nearby Sirmione, certainly the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, then moving on to Salò, with its brand-new promenade, and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera. The apartment is located a 7-minute drive from the Desenzano train station and approximately 30 km from Verona Airport.

die Stadt war nicht weit entfernt
die Ankunft, konnten mit dem Auto nicht rein, die Schranke öffnete sich nicht.
Die Tiefgarage, der Weg bis bis zum Apartment war chaotisch wie ein Lampirient vom Parkplatz bis zum Zimmer war es auch nicht einfach das Apartment zufinden, mit Gepäck und kleinem Kind nicht schön. Das haben wir uns nic...
