situata vicinissima al confine con la Svizzera ad Oria, un meraviglioso borgo sul lago di Lugano, facente parte del complesso di Villa Fogazzaro Roi. Il luogo è assolutamente incantevole, si respira pace. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, non manca nulla. Unica pecca averci soggiornato solo un weekend lungo
