It offers a truly stunning location just 10 mins from Ennerdale , 16 miles from Keswick and 24 miles from Windermere . Lots of amazing country walks just on the door step , that could be a gentle stroll on the beach , which is 10 mins drive away or a more energetic fell walk furthermore your pets are welcome to come along too . The apartment is set on the grounds of a large country manor house where the owners live , it brings with it all the charm and beauty that you would expect, with views stretching for miles over the stunning Lake District . The manor house was once the summer residence of the Earl of Carlisle . The apartment has its own private garden with undercover outside dining area . Just 3 miles from Cockermouth centre where you will find a vast amount of restaurants , take always and wine bars. As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is fully loaded complete with fridge with ice box , hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a WiFi , smart television with over 60 free view channels inc radio.
There is a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom so you can stream your music while you shower . There is one bedroom in this apartment with an original vintage French double bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Please note there are 5 steps up to the entrance . House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12am . - Smoking is not allowed, however there is an undercover area in the your very own private garden . - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed (maximum 2 pets at time).

Studio was very clean and comfortable lovely and warm everything described was spot on shops food and pubs only 5mins drive away will defo come back in the summer.
Lady who met us was lovely and very accommodating. Made us welcome. Perfect for a short stay. Good value for money.

It was a cute little apartment on a farm. Host was really friendly and the value for money was fabulous.
It did smell slightly and I’m 6ft 1 and struggled to turn in the shower!
