Villa Coco is a recently built (2022) modern villa, situated in a quiet residential area with spectacular panoramic sea views.
Built with high-quality materials, the villa is fully equipped and ideal for families seeking comfort, privacy, and a relaxing stay on the Costa Brava. Villa Layout Access and Parking The villa is accessed at street level.
Through a ramp, you can drive up to two cars to park within the private property.
Additionally, there is ample space to easily park on the street in front of the villa. Main Floor The main floor houses an impressive outdoor area with a private infinity pool, surrounded by sun loungers, a pergola with a lounge area, and an outdoor dining table.
From here, you can enjoy truly spectacular sea views. The interior features a bright living room with large sliding doors that connect directly to the pool area, as well as a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a central island. Also on this floor are a gas barbecue, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a separate guest toilet. The lower floor has two bedrooms: Master bedroom with two single beds pushed together, direct access to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and integrated sauna. Second, smaller, interior bedroom (no window), equipped with a fan instead of air conditioning. First Floor The upper floor distributes the following bedrooms: Second master bedroom with two single beds pushed together, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a stylish bathtub integrated into the room. Third master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Double bedroom with a double bed and Smart TV. Double bedroom with a double bed. Full bathroom with a shower, shared by the last two bedrooms. The nearest recommended beach is Cala Canyelles, less than a 10-minute drive away: a beautiful sandy cove with a small port, a beach restaurant, and water activities. The well-known towns of Tossa de Mar and Blanes are about a 15-minute drive away. Additional Information One set of bath towels per person is included. Groups of young people are not accepted. Minimum age for adult groups: 28 years old. Families with children are very welcome.

Das Haus an sich und die Lage sind wirklich schön (mit ein paar Mängeln, mit denen man leben kann). Die Aussicht ist großartig und man kann gut auf der Terrasse entspannen.
