Der Ausblick vom Penthouse war überragend mit umliegender Terrasse.
Kein Service unmittelbar im Haus, der Hausmeister muss erst fernmündlich für einen Termin geordert werden. Jalousien an den Fenstern nicht vollumfänglich funktionsfähig.
Es sind umfassende Renovierungsarbeiten notwendig. Baustelle bereits vorhanden. WLAN wird bestätigt, funktioniert aber nicht o...

Uns hat die Zentrale Lage zum Zentrum und den Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr gut gefallen..
Der Gang zur Wohnung innerhalb des Gebäudes war etwas dunkel und erdrückend.
Er könnte mehr Licht haben .
