This small mountain house "Can Costurer" is located on a large plot of orange trees with two other houses. The house is fully equipped and has a double room, bathroom with shower, and living room (located on different levels) and the kitchen is located in the basement. In front of the house, there is a terrace with fantastic views of the village and the mountains and where we find a barbecue area. The property can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
Your private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (5 m away) and a covered terrace.
The center of Sóller, is about a 20 minutes walk. It is a very pleasant walk but it should be noted that the rise and fall are quite pronounced. As a rental car we recommend a small, manageable car to get to the house since the house is in the mountains and the streets are narrow, or a scooter is a very good option too.
A parking space is available on the property.
