The villa thoughtfully designed and carefully renovated has floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the terrace and private swimming pool area and beyond to the Mediterranean. The focus is on light and space, the numerous windows and glass doors allow natural light and sunshine to flood in through much of the day. The comfortably furnished open-plan living-dining room with its open fireplace will offer you plenty of opportunities for relaxation and enjoy great conversation. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you might need.

Modern conveniences include Wi-Fi, satellite TV (with language selection), a built in AC system with digital screens allows our guests to enjoy a perfect climate control. From the main floor you will also find access to the cellar provided with a large selection of wines and an additional bathroom fitted with a large steam room.

From the living room you have access to the substantial terrace and outside entertaining area. This fantastic outdoor space is one of the properties real highlights, with expansive space for events and leisure. Imagine yourself cooling off in the generous swimming pool, the perfect place for you to spend a relaxing day in the sun or playing basketball or tennis in the court wall while working out.

The Villa has been designed with the Kids in mind, for your little ones, we have: toys, games and a playhouse for their entertainment. Thinking on the Kid's safety, we provide floating devices (noodles).There is also access to the outdoor area from the main entrance through the palm-tree garden.There are seven bright and restful double bedrooms, five of them with modern en-suite bathrooms, plenty of storage space and fabulous views.
