This adorable holiday home is situated in the pine grove in Santa Cesarea Terme, on the rocky hillside that dips into the sea.
It’s cool and relaxing, simple and balanced, finely renovated and furnished with good taste, Terrazza sul Mare is the ideal home if you’re looking for relaxation, breathtaking view and proximity to the sea.
It’s near the famous thermal baths that regenerate the mind and the should, the small villa benefits from the enviable and privileged position, with two terraces that allow you to spend all day long outside.
Since the house is cool, there isn’t nor it’s necessary the air conditioning. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and king-size sofa bed, two bedrooms (twin and double) and a bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with washing machine, mosquito net and barbecue grill.
The outdoor spaces are equipped with table, chairs and beach loungers for your convivial or relaxing moments. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioners in the two bedrooms. - Mosquitos nets in the bedrooms.

Terrazza. Necessario ombrellone o ripristino della tenda nella parte del terrazzo dove c'è la struttura in metallo. Cambio asse del bagno poiché probabilmente macchiato e in parte sbiancato dalla candeggina. Assenza di bacinella per lavaggio indumenti.
