At the foot of the Olympic massif, the holiday home is located in the centre of Agios Spyridonas with around 2,000 inhabitants. It offers an alternative for families who want to spend their holidays close to nature and away from the tourist hotspots in the region.

The room concept offers a large living/dining area on the ground floor and individual retreats on the 1st floor.
The house was extensively modernised in 2021 and is air-conditioned.
Total area on two floors approx. 200 m2 + approx. 90 m2 terrace (pacified)

1 bedroom with double bed 1.40m
1 modern bathroom.
Upper floor
Large living/dining area with modern kitchen
1 children's room with two children's beds (pull-out)
1 bedroom with double bed 1.80 m

The 1st floor can be reached via an external staircase.
A baby cot and a high chair are available.
The holiday home is rented by the week for € 630,-/week
A deposit of € 200,- is due upon booking.
