Casa Rita is a family friendly holiday home located in a quiet and safe residential area, 5 minutes from the town of Portimão.
There is a large secure garden with fruit trees a private pool barbecue area, covered terrace offering a large shaded area from the hot sun overlooking the outdoor pool.
Lounge chairs and shade cover by the pool.
Casa Rita has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the ground floor with one ensuite.
The 4th bedroom is on the first floor with ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the Monchique mountains.
Portimão has beautiful beaches, including the popular Praia da Rocha, known for its golden sand and amber-coloured cliffs.
The town is known for its excellent seafood restaurants, especially grilled sardines. Portimão has pedestrianised shopping streets and offers a relaxed atmosphere.
The town of Alvor, an old fishing village, is only 10 minutes away by car and offers many good restaurants and bars, the picturesque sandstone cliffs nearby offer beautiful coastal walks and secluded sandy coves.
Dolphin watching, canoe trips and river cruises are all available locally from Ferragudo or Alvor harbour or relax and watch the local fishermen from the many cafes and restaurants on the harbour.
Car hire is recommended.
