The holiday home is 150 meters away from the sea, while the closest beach establishment is 3 kilometers away.
The city centre of Porto Cesareo is one kilometer away from the small villa. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 43 to pay upon arrival. - Water not drinkable. - Air conditioner only in the hallway. - Bathroom is without bidet. - Allowed just small size pets. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

La casa in generale in buone condizioni senza picchi di eccezionalità....in compenso vicina al mare e ai servizi di prima necessità compresa la fermata del bus navetta per il centro.

Abitazione pulita all'arrivo. Ampio spazio esterno. Dotazione di stoviglie e pentole (ma nemmeno una padella).
