Enjoy a stroll around the picturesque village and harbour (one of the most photographed harbours in Britain) and visit the well known Crail Pottery, cafes and shops. Crail is ideally placed to enjoy all the villages in the East Neuk of Fife and Fife Coastal Path with St Andrews and it’s famous university, golf courses and beaches only a 15 minute drive away.


Please note that the walk to The Cow Shed is on a farm track so a torch and comfy shoes may be needed.

The first in a row of five lovely stone built cottages, only a short walk from the traditional fishing village of Crail. They have wonderful south facing views towards the Firth of Forth and May Isle. The cottages are situated amidst farmland that provides many pleasant walks right down to and along the rocky seashore. Shops, pubs, beaches and a beautiful harbour are all present within Crail.
