Now tastefully restored to a high standard, with decorative artwork and original brick walls and beams, this two-bedroom escape nestles in the centre of St Ives, just a few steps from the harbour front and a quick stroll away from St Ives gorgeous infamous beaches. This dog friendly escape is the place to be to explore St Ives renowned restaurants, independent shops and famous art galleries.
Take a seat on the comfortable corner sofa after a long day exploring, sit back and put the smart TV to use. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area adds a modern twist to the characterful exposed brick walls and beams. This contemporary restored holiday home does not lack the old Cornish charm or comfort. Cook up a storm in the sleek modern kitchen, which is generously equipped. The Boathouse offers an electric oven, induction hob, fridge with an ice box and a dishwasher. Once your meal has been served take a seat at the breakfast bar, seating four, to enjoy all your hard work.
The charming master bedroom, with exposed brick wall, has a double bed, hanging space, a chest of drawers and a smart TV. There is also a cloakroom with a wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is cosy with two small single beds, suitable for children. There is also a bedside table. In the bathroom there is a shower with a detachable shower head, wash hand basin and WC. A washing machine can be found in the storage cupboard in the bathroom.
