The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - Fully equipped kitchen - Bedroom 1: room with 2 single beds that can form a king-size bed (180×200) with terrace and cot - Bedroom 2: room with 2 single beds and a single sofa bed - Bathroom with shower and WC 1st floor: - 55 m² living room with TV, sofa... - Dining area - Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedrooms 3 to 5: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Balcony/terrace with furniture and panoramic view - Bathroom with bathtub - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha. Exterior: - A beautiful 1,600 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - Private heated swimming pool measuring 4m x 14m, with roller shutter. The house is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation: - You can park directly in the house's private parking lot. - Nearest train station: Ajaccio train station 14.4 km (approx. 39 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte airport, 11.5 km (approx. 15 minutes by car) Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

L'Orangeraie La casa è grande e luminosa, con una bella terrazza sulla baia di Ajaccio. Eravamo un gruppo di dieci amici e siamo stati molto bene, c’è un supermercato a due passi ed è comoda per le spiagge a sud e a nord di Ajaccio.
