This detached family villa can accommodate up to 18 people. The house has a spacious living room with underfloor heating, separate dining and lounge area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, pad coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Furthermore, the ground floor features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one bathroom has a bath. All bedrooms have single boxspring beds. The house has a sauna, 3 toilets and garden furniture. You can use the free Wi-Fi. There is parking space for 2 cars at the villa. Other cars can be parked in a parking located nearby.

The huge natural pool, indoor and outdoor swimming pool with its giant slide, and the super tough indoor climbing wall really stand out, and you certainly can't miss Koos. The secret to the best holidays is for everyone to do what they really want. On your own, with a fishing rod on the water. Or together, bowling or glow golf! Is all that fun making you hungry? Roompot house rules

• The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
• The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
• If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.

 
Fireworks may be set off on New Year’s Eve in a designated area within the park. Please enquire on site to find out where this area is. We kindly ask you to dispose of any firework waste at the end of the evening.
