Flat equipped with every comfort just a few minutes from the train station, in the beautiful Desenzano del Garda.


The flat, located on the second floor of a building served by a lift, welcomes guests with the living room consisting of a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat screen television and open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee machine and washing machine with dryer. The living room leads out onto the balcony, which is equipped with a table and chairs perfect for outdoor meals. The air-conditioning in the hallway continues with the two bedrooms: the first equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, the second with a comfortable double sofa bed, wardrobe, television, desk and French window overlooking the flat's balcony. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will be provided with comforts such as independent heating for the coldest days and free wi-fi.

Guests will be able to use a public car park outside the property.

Desenzano del Garda is a pretty village on the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano you can rediscover the ancient Roman remains of the Villa Romana, visit the 10th century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts, who can enjoy wind-surfing, mountain-biking and sailing.

This town is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda area, which offers many enchanting corners, starting with nearby Sirmione, surely the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, and then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade, and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera.


The flat is about 10 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and about 30 minutes from Verona airport.
