The cottage features a large garden with views of the Montagne de Reims on one side and the Marne river on the other, complete with a private terrace.
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen with access to a sunroom (overlooking the Marne), a spacious living/dining room (with a balcony), a separate toilet, and 4 bedrooms:
- 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm)
- One bedroom with two single beds (90 cm)
The 3 bedrooms have an en-suite shower room.
On the 1st floor, you will find 3 bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm)
- One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)
- One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room
Additionally, there is a bathroom (with a bathtub and shower), a separate toilet, and a large games room of approximately 40m².
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee (130€). Accessibility: 3 steps followed by 7 more steps after the entrance door to access the cottage. Le Gîte de la Marine is located in Châtillon sur Marne, 15km from Épernay and its famous Avenue de Champagne, 10km from Dormans, 35km from Reims, and 3km from the statue of Pope Urban II.
The cottage is bordered by the Marne river and its cycle path (running from Dormans to Châlons en Champagne).
It is the ideal location for your stays with family or friends to discover our beautiful department. Bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels, and utilities are included.

Superbe gite
Gite spacieux et lumineux. Nous y avons passé un weekend en famille et nous avons profité du jardin et de la superbe terrasse donnant sur l’eau et les vignes.Accueil très chaleureux. Un grand merci à Mickael. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire, disponible et réactif en cas de besoin.Gite conforme à la description, très bien équipé il ne manque rien.C'est un vrai plus d'avoir quasi une salle de bain par chambre.La vue est agréable entre la Marne et les vignes. Nous retiendrons cette adresse !
