This beautiful villa, designed in a rustic Spanish style, is nestled in a very quiet location in the hills above Conil.
You can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of meadows, rolling hills, and the sea in the distance.
Although it's quietly situated surrounded by the nature of southern Spain, the nearest sandy beach can be reached in less than a 10-minute drive. The approximately 10 x 5m pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden with many Mediterranean plants.
The entire plot is about 1,200 sqm in size. The villa offers all the comforts for up to 7-8 people: 4 large bedrooms: two with two single beds each (0.90 cm wide), one with a single bed and an optional extra bed, and one with a double bed, leading to a large balcony with a table and chairs offering a great view. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor, making the villa excellently suited for a holiday with two families, also due to its 170 sqm size. It is possible to add up to 3 additional people to the booking (maximum 11 people in total), with an extra charge of EUR 20-25 per day, depending on the period.
Extra beds are available. On the upper floor, there are two beautiful balconies; one facing the sunrise and one facing the sunset, each approximately 14 sqm.
One has a staircase leading to the small viewing terrace of the house, from which the view is even more impressive. The porch, designed with natural stone and wooden beams, as well as the entrance hall and staircase area of the house, is particularly magnificent – attention has been paid to every detail of the furnishings, such as illuminated planting and Andalusian ornaments. The living room features a beautiful fireplace, two sofas, a dining table with 8 chairs, and a TV with international channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob with ceramic hob and oven, coffee machine, and much more. Each floor has a very nice bathroom, the downstairs one with a large corner bathtub. The final cleaning fee is €100 extra. Tourist Registration Number: CTC-2023144478 Our prices are inclusive. Included are: All utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, all taxes, WiFi Internet (if available), bed linen, and towels (no beach towels). Baby cot available on request, free of charge.
