This beautiful Spanish-style rustic villa is located very peacefully in the hills near Conil.
You can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view over meadows, rolling hills, and the sea in the distance.
Although it's quietly situated, surrounded by the nature of Southern Spain, the nearest sandy beach is less than a 10-minute drive away. The approximately 10 x 5m pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden with many Mediterranean plants.
The entire plot is about 1,200 square meters. The villa offers all comforts for up to 7-8 people: 4 large bedrooms: two with two single beds each (0.90 cm wide), one with a single bed and possibly an extra bed, and one with a double bed and an adjoining large balcony with a table and chairs. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor, making the villa ideally suited – also due to its size of 170 sqm – for holidays with two families. It is possible to add up to 3 additional people to the booking (maximum 11 people in total), with an additional charge of €20-€25 per day, depending on the period.
Extra beds are available. On the upper floor, there are two beautiful balconies; one facing the sunrise and one facing the sunset side of the house, each approximately 14 sqm. One has stairs leading to the small viewing terrace of the house, from where the view is even more impressive. The porch, designed with natural stone and wooden beams, as well as the entrance hall and staircase area of the house, is particularly magnificent – attention has been paid to every detail of the furnishings, such as illuminated planting and Andalusian ornaments. The living room features a beautiful fireplace, two sofas, a dining table with 8 chairs, and a TV with international channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with top appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob with ceramic hob and oven, coffee machine, and much more. There is a very nice bathroom on each floor, the downstairs one with a large corner bathtub. The final cleaning costs €100 extra. Tourist registration number: CTC-2023144478 Our prices are inclusive prices. Included are: All utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, all taxes, Wifi Internet (if available), bed linen, and towels (no beach towels). Baby cot on request, free of charge.
