STREET ART FANTASY II- APARTMENT in the Historic Center next to Casa Natal Picasso and Tatro Cervantes
Our beautiful and cozy apartment is located within the famous Barrio de Las Lagunillas, the Barrio de las Artes in Málaga and the Barrio where our Pablo Ruiz Picasso was born. You will be surprised if you walk its streets with incredible murals and graffiti created by neighborhood artists, with messages full of demands, parodies and affection towards popular figures from Malaga. It's not NewYork, it's Malaga ;)
We can offer a maximum occupancy for 6 people. The living room and kitchen coexist in the same environment, where there is a 1'35 sofa bed for 2 people, smart TV, air conditioning and everything you need in the kitchen to make your stay adequate. The bedrooms have an independent entrance from a small interior patio that is accessed through the kitchen (they do not face the street). Ideal if you come to telework, since the silence is optimal in these spaces. Both have smart TV and air conditioning (each with en-suite bathroom with shower). We offer Wi-Fi connection and sheets and towels. Do not expect views of the Cathedral because it is an interior floor, but a privileged location that will allow you to move anywhere without a car :).
If you are looking for something comfortable in the center, we certainly encourage you to book; always welcome!

La casa è in posizione tranquilla e vicina al centro in una zona in ristrutturazione ma a due passi da Plaza dela Merced (casa natale di Picasso) e con un supermercato a pochi metri. Cucina attrezzata anche con tavolo e divano e TV. Si deve passare per un cortile per accedere alle stanze ma non è un...
La pulizia era superficiale ed erano presenti dei capelli in bagno. Una maggior cura di questo aspetto renderebbe la casa molto buona. Ma forse siamo stati sfortunati perchè l'host pare molto attento a tutti gli aspetti.
