Melbreak is a delightful home featuring a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. There are three double bedrooms and a twin, all of which have en-suite shower rooms. Outside, there is a small enclosed front porch, along with free roadside parking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent.
