Four tastefully furnished bedrooms can accommodate seven people.
Two separate toilets and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating – for a truly enjoyable holiday.
A generous eat-in kitchen with a corner bench and a living room with a spacious couch for cozy evenings offer ample space to feel at home.
Two large balconies with tables and benches, along with seven loungers and a barbecue station, invite you to spend your holiday time comfortably around the house.
A private Finnish sauna and a pool during the summer months offer opportunities for relaxation.
You can enjoy the cooler autumn days and evenings in the in-house sauna.

Experience nature. Located on a sunny slope above the village of Radenthein, in the Millstätter See adventure region, lies the mountain farming village of Kaning.
At an altitude of 1160 meters, you'll find the Adamhaus, which majestically overlooks the Gegendtal valley like an eagle's nest.
The furnishings are luxurious, and the unique location provides a special kind of panoramic view.
With great attention to detail, the 400-year-old house has been renovated and now offers 180 m² of space for a maximum of 7 people.
Surrounded by the Kärntner Nockberge mountains and the lakes, the Adamhaus is centrally located for numerous excursion destinations in Carinthia. We – your host family Stinig – spend the summer with our pasture livestock at the Veidlhütte, which is approximately a 1.5-hour (easy hike) walk from the Adamhaus.
Here, we tend to the cattle and produce our own dairy products and cheese.
At the Veidlütte, we also offer a delicious snack for our visitors.
Our guests have the option to drive their car up to the alpine pasture in the Langalmtal valley (10 min.).
We provide the toll pass for free. Take advantage of our Finnish sauna located directly in your holiday home and, during the summer months, the outdoor pool. We kindly request that you do not bring pets. Arrival from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Departure by 10:00 AM These times can be flexible if agreed upon in advance.

Das Adamhaus liegt mitten in der Natur und bietet tief Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Die urbane Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll und der Anschluss an die Familie bietet die wichtigsten Versorgungslebensmittel zum täglichen Gebrauch.
