With a tranquil and private atmosphere, it is the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking comfort and a truly exceptional location.
The villa features a spacious, bright living and dining room with direct access to the outdoors, creating the perfect setting for relaxation or socializing.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers all the practicality needed for extended stays or shared family meals.
On the ground floor, there are 6 bedrooms, 4 of them en-suite, plus a common bathroom with a shower.
On the lower floor, the villa has 3 more bedrooms, 2 en-suite, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest toilet, ensuring space, comfort, and flexibility for larger groups.
The exterior is designed to make the most of the Algarve climate, with an inviting, heated private pool (as an extra), an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and dining areas.
The garden and ample terraces allow for relaxation in complete privacy, always with the sea as a backdrop.
With free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking for 2 vehicles, the property ensures all comforts.
In the vicinity, you will find supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, the Salgados golf course, and the prestigious nature reserve of the area.
The center of Albufeira is only a 10-minute drive away, offering easy access to all the city's amenities and entertainment.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For added convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C warmer than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we will be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 16 guests.

An exceptional holiday home with plenty of space and unbeatable proximity to the beach! The two pools, green garden, and multiple outdoor dining areas made it perfect for our large group. The nearby golf course, birdwatching trails, and easy access to Albufeira ensured there was something for everyone.
