Our "Wellhouse" is for connoisseurs and those seeking peace, for adventurers and jetsetters, for you, your family, and your friends! Across four floors, this sophisticated Salzburg townhouse offers ample space to truly settle in and activate your well-being mode once and for all.
The holiday home, with a view of Hohensalzburg Fortress, is equipped with two spacious and modern kitchens, four new bathrooms and four toilets, multiple flat-screen TVs, and a great deal of class.
Everyone needs freedom! So that you don't step on each other's toes after a while, a garden of over 1000 m² offers space for breakfast in the sun, BBQs with friends, and a playground for the little ones.
A real territory that your dogs can also protect; your furry friends are very welcome here.
A dream vacation awaits for young and old – so even the youngest guests will get their money's worth. And should you feel the urge to step out the door despite all this, the stylish city villa, with its attention to detail, is located in the middle of everywhere, whether you love the charming flair of Salzburg's Old Town, want to spend a day with the family at the zoo, or are drawn to the mountains and nature.

Here you will find the absolutely spacious and detailed villa with a view of Hohensalzburg Fortress that many Salzburgers would envy. The price for the "Wellhouse" starts from 500 Euros per day for the whole family.
The price depends on the season in which you want to book.
Included in the price are: linen, taxes, and municipal fees (local tax). Final cleaning is 350 Euros extra. To welcome you, a homemade Gugelhupf according to Grandpa's recipe and a bottle of cold Prosecco await you. Your vacation can begin. Via a staircase on the first floor, you reach the main living area with an open kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy sofa lounge, which invites you to listen to music and relax with a large flat-screen TV, but above all is perfect for enjoying time together.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea maker, electric stove, oven, and much more. A spiral staircase also leads from here to the ground floor, where the white bedroom with a bathroom and toilet is located.
And of course, a separate white lounge area with a TV to disconnect for a while.
Through a door from here, you also have direct access to the garden. On the second floor, a master bedroom awaits you: a bright, large bedroom to retreat to, with a comfortable couch to lean back and take a breath.
Next to it are two more bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet.
On the same floor, there is a small, charming city balcony. Sometimes you don't want to walk far in the morning before your first coffee, so we thought a second kitchen would fit perfectly on the third floor.
In addition to two more bedrooms, you have an elegant small dining area here and also a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. In the bathroom, you will find a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
On the associated small balcony, breakfast in the sun tastes twice as delicious with a view of our impressive Salzburg Castle. In total, the house has 6-7 bedrooms, two small, cozy city balconies, and offers plenty of space for your family and friends.
Four bathrooms, some with bathtubs or showers, provide time for romance or relaxation.
Furthermore, four toilets in the house also mean enough quiet places for rest and privacy. No matter how many children visit us, entertainment is provided.

Apart from the playground in the garden, reading corners, craft tables, dolls, rocking horses, and Carrera© race tracks await the little rascals. Upon your arrival, everything is prepared directly for you, the beds are made, and we have of course laid out tablecloths and towels. Our villa is located in a prime location, surrounded by beautiful meadows for walking, hiking, unwinding, and experiencing pure vacation. The nearest golf course is 10 minutes away, and the most famous courses like those in Fuschl, Eugendorf, Schladming, or Radstadt are all within a 30 km radius.
Other excursion destinations can also be visited with a short drive. You can also reach all well-known ski resorts shortly.
