The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and features an open and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a bedroom with a wardrobe (facing the street) and another room with a sleeping loft containing two double beds (each 160cm wide).
The bathroom has a shower with a glass wall and a washing machine.
Here you can relax from your everyday life and enjoy nature.
The apartment is modernly and stylishly furnished and can accommodate up to six people.
A covered parking space (maximum height 1.73m) is also included.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The local tourist tax is not included in the price.
The local tourist tax is €1.50 per adult (aged 16 and over) per night.
No tourist tax is charged for children and teenagers up to 16 years old.

Was gefehlt hat ist eine Kaffeemaschine wir trinken gerne frisch aufgebrüten Kaffee sowie ein eierkocher und mit dem fernseher ist das so eine Sache normale Schüssel für alle Kanäle wäre nicht schlecht das neue kommauf war nicht unser Ding ansonsten alles super

Die Wohnung ist toll (Einrichtung, Ausstattung) , alles da was man braucht und sehr hübsch gestaltet. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist quasi „nur“ ein Koje, ohne Fenster.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut für sämtliche Unternehmungen. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas „tricky“, nur mit kleinerem Auto und gutem Einpark Können zu empfehlen.
