Completed in 2020, this highly energy-efficient villa is truly a picture! You enter the house via a large staircase at the front. The spacious entrance hall provides access to the luxurious, open (living) kitchen equipped with all the modern quality appliances you would expect. Think of a large hob and coffee machine with coffee beans (coffee beans not provided). You can dine with your guests until late in the evening at the spacious dining table or enjoy an aperitif on the balcony terrace in the evening sun. On this floor you will also find a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a guest toilet and cloakroom.

Stairs lead to the first floor with guest toilet and living area. The living room has luxurious furniture, a wood-burning stove and TV. Here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bustling marina and Veerse Meer Lake. This view never gets boring! The wide sliding doors connect inside with outside and give access to the second terrace with lounge set. On this floor you will also find a double bedroom with luxury ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Waking up with this view and entering the terrace through the sliding doors, the day could not start better.

The basement has another three double bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet. One of the bedrooms in the basement has an ensuite bathroom. There is also an indoor garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. The icing on the cake is the lovely garden with private jetty and south-facing terrace.

Your dog is also very welcome in this villa!

This holiday home can only be booked by family groups. Non-family groups are not allowed due to the preservation of peace and quiet on the park. Organising club outings, student parties, bachelor parties and other group formation with a festive character is not allowed. Ruiterplaat Vakanties only handles reservations made by people who are 30 years or older. Reservations made by people younger than 30 years cannot therefore be legally binding.
