Welcome to our new Villa! Villa Nina 2 is a wonderful space that can accommodate up to 9 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has everything you need for your holiday.
The villa has a pool that gets sun all day. It is located near the Marina and within walking distance of beaches such as S.Rafael Beach, Coelha Beach, and Arrifes Beach. On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 suites) and a family bathroom. The Villa's garage is used by someone else - however, it does not interfere with the spaces used by guests - this person does not have access to any space the guest has rented. Our guests have access to all areas of the house.
They can still use everything in the house.
If they need any object or appliance or something more specific, we are ready to help. The property has a large terrace with a garden, with a table, sun loungers, and a pool. On the ground floor, there is a large living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans, etc., etc. - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning products, or toiletries. It is an excellent villa with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a private pool. The complex also has private parking. We request payment for electricity bills for LONG-TERM BOOKINGS OF 25 DAYS OR MORE. DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under 25 years old or a party group, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival.

The neighborhood is quite peaceful, surrounded by tourists and long-time residents. It is located 2.5 km from the old town of Albufeira. The villa is located in an exclusive area where the noise of nightlife and urban stress do not reach.
There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away where you can buy basic products and essentials for your holiday.
There are several recommended restaurants nearby.
Albufeira Marina is a 30-minute walk away. There are several beaches (S. Rafael and Arrifes Beach and Coelha Beach) that can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.
Furthermore, it is close to a large supermarket called “Apolónia”. Other more complete supermarkets can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. There is a bus stop less than 15 minutes away that can take you to the city center or any other location in the city.
The tourist bus, which passes through the main attractions of our city, also stops here.
